開催日 7日前まで のキャンセル：決済手数料・取引手数料等を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。
開催日 6日前〜3日前 のキャンセル：体験料金の50％＋決済手数料等 を申し受けます。
開催日 2日前〜前日 のキャンセル：体験料金の70％＋決済手数料等 を申し受けます。
当日キャンセル・無断キャンセル：100％のキャンセル料（返金不可）
※決済手数料・取引手数料・為替差額等は返金対象外です。
※日数計算は日本時間（JST）を基準とします。
修理サービス
作業開始前のキャンセル：状況に応じて対応いたします。
作業開始後のキャンセルについては、それまでに発生した 作業費・材料費・準備費・手配費等 を申し受けます。
※発生済み費用には、作業時間（洗浄・下地処理・接着・塗り工程等）、
使用済みまたは準備済みの材料（本漆・金属粉・接着剤等）、
事前準備・スケジュール確保・特別材料の取り寄せ等が含まれます。
Kintsugi Experience
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date:Refund issued minus non-refundable payment processing, transaction fees, and any currency exchange differences
Cancellations made 6–3 days before the scheduled date:50% of the experience fee plus non-refundable processing fees
Cancellations made 2 days to 1 day before the scheduled date:70% of the experience fee plus non-refundable processing fees
Same-day cancellations or no-shows:100% cancellation fee (no refund)
Payment processing fees, transaction fees, and currency exchange differences are non-refundable.
All time calculations are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
Repair Service
Cancellations before work begins: handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations after work has begun will be charged for
all labor, materials, preparation, scheduling allocation, and work completed up to that point.
Costs already incurred are non-refundable.
Incurred costs may include labor already performed (cleaning, preparation, repair, coating, drying stages), materials used or prepared (urushi lacquer, metal powders, adhesives, fillers), preparation time, scheduling allocation, and special material orders or third-party arrangements.
